Public Prosecutor’s Office of Ankara opened an investigation against HDP co-chair Selahattin Demirtaş due to his statements on “autonomy”.

Prosecutor’s Office opened an investigation due to Demirtaş’s
statements on autonomy. His statements will be investigated within
the scope of articles of Turkish Penal code concerning “crimes
against constitutional order”.
Investigation against DTK executives
İnvestigations against DTK co-chair Hatip Dicle and Selma Irmak are also opened.
Examining the footages of the meetings that lasted 2 days, Public Prosecutor’s Office declared that they found “elements of crime” in the statements.
A summary will be written about Demirtaş and other MPs who spoke at the meeting and it will be sent to the parliament with the request of lifting their legislative immunity.
Hatip Dicle and DTK members who organized the meeting will be called to testify.
