Confederation of Progressive Trade Unions of Turkey (DİSK), Confederation of Public Workers' Unions (KESK), The Union of Chambers of Turkish Engineers and Architects (TMMOB) and Turkish Medical Association (TTB) declared that they will be on strike on October 12 and 13 after the bombing.
TTB central committee stated that emergency patients, dialysis patients, pregnant women, children, cancer patients and patients in intensive care units will continue to be treated. On social media, people support this strike with “#HayatıDurduruyoruz!” (#WeStopLife) hash tag and saying, “We stop production, skip classes and mourn! We put black flags on our windows and cars and wear black ribbons on our collars! It is enough! We know your murderer!”
And the people who died because of Ankara bombing are being buried today all over Turkey.
