An Egyptian court on Monday sentenced 183 people to death, for supporting the now outlawed Muslim Brotherhood
The 183 men were convicted due to the role they allegedly played in the killings of 16 police officers in the town of Kardasa in August 2013.
The attack on the police officers took place on the same day security forces attacked pro-Morsi protests in Cairo, resulting in the death of hundreds of protestors.
