Public Prosecutor's Office had issued detention order for 134 judges
and the legal process for the ones who are caught still continue.
Interrogated by 9th Penal Court of Peace on duty, 45 judges and prosecutors are arrested.
Judges Mustafa Başer and Metin Özçelik were previously arrested on the charge of being a member of an armed terrorist organization, as part of so-called “FETÖ” (Fetullah Gülen's terrorist organization) investigation. Their files are included in the current process and thus, the number of arrested judges and prosecutors has risen to 47.
