Diyarbakir Bar President Tahir Elçi made a press statement with a group of lawyers in Sur province of Diyarbakir. After the statement, around 11.00 a.m., gunshots were heard. Tahir Elçi was killed during the clashed. 1 police officer was killed and 3 were injured.
