HDP Şırnak MP Faysal Sarıyıldız claimed that tens of people who were trapped in a building in Cizre were killed. On the other hand, security forces and the governorship claimed that there was an operation.
HDP Şırnak MP Faysal Sarıyıldız made a statement on Cizre: “We are informed that burned bodies of almost 30 people are found in a building. There are no bullet holes in those bodies.”
Speaking to Dicle News Agency, Sarıyıldız said that tens of people trapped in a building were killed by the state:
“We were informed that 62 injured people are in a building. It is certain that tens of people were murdered. 9 people were burned to death before. A child was killed at the door. The bodies of the deceased were also in that building. It is understood that the others were killed yesterday. Now, we are informed that burned bodies of almost 30 people are found in another building. There are no bullet holes in those bodies.”
Governorship: 10 PKK members killed
In a written statement released by Şırnak Governorship and Turkish Military Forces (TSK), it is claimed that 10 PKK members were killed.
TRT reported that 60 PKK members were killed during the daylong operation in Cizre.
ANF claimed that the police forces locked the staff of Cizre Hospital in a room and the bodies will be brought to the hospital. According to the report, the police forces took a lot of body bags from the hospital.
